These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and WisQu ("we," "our," or "us") governing your access to and use of the WisQu Islamic Chatbot application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), available at chat.wisqu.ai, wisqu.ai, and through our mobile applications.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you must stop using the Service and may delete your account.

You can view your active sessions, revoke individual sessions, or revoke all sessions at any time through the app. Access tokens expire after 60 minutes; refresh tokens expire after 30 days.

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms, including but not limited to: issuing warnings, temporarily suspending access, permanently terminating accounts, and reporting violations to law enforcement authorities.
WisQu offers a free tier with usage limits on messages, tokens, and features. Free tier limitations are subject to change.
All payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. By making a payment, you also agree to the payment processor's terms of service. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers. The identity of our payment processor is disclosed at the point of payment.
The Service, including its design, features, functionality, code, AI models, curated Islamic knowledge base, and all related content, trademarks, and trade dress, are owned by WisQu or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
WisQu's knowledge base includes content from publicly available Islamic texts, hadith collections, Quranic translations, and jurisprudential rulings. Attribution is provided where applicable. The selection, organization, and presentation of these materials as part of the Service constitute our copyrightable compilation.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at mlunit.com/privacy/wisqu, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that AI responses will be accurate, complete, or reliable.
WisQu draws from multiple Islamic jurisprudential traditions (Shia and Sunni). While we make reasonable efforts to accurately represent the rulings of various marjas (jurisprudential authorities), differences in interpretation exist among scholars. WisQu's presentation of any ruling should not be taken as the definitive position of any marja or school of thought.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WisQu, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and agents shall NOT be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WisQu, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any rights of another person or entity, your misrepresentation of AI-generated content as authoritative religious rulings, or content you submit to or through the Service.
You may terminate your account at any time by using the account deletion feature in the app (Settings > Delete Account) or by contacting support@wisqu.com. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, including but not limited to: violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity, extended inactivity, or failure to pay (for paid subscriptions).
Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith informal negotiation. If informal resolution fails within 30 days, either party may pursue binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, or litigation in the state and federal courts located in the State of Delaware.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or European Economic Area, this section does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights available under the laws of your country of residence.
If you downloaded the WisQu app from the Apple App Store, these Terms are between you and WisQu only, not Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and Apple will have the right to enforce these Terms against you.
If you downloaded the WisQu app from the Google Play Store, these Terms are between you and WisQu only, not Google LLC ("Google"). Google has no obligation or liability to you with respect to the app or these Terms. Google is a third-party beneficiary to these Terms.
The Service may include open-source software components, each subject to its own license terms. A list of such components and their licenses is available upon request.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy (mlunit.com/privacy/wisqu), constitute the entire agreement between you and WisQu regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by us.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under them, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
WisQu shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, labor disputes, government actions, internet or infrastructure failures, or third-party service outages.
